"Not many of us are able to eliminate all stress. Some stress is, in fact, good stress (eustress) is defined as "a positive form of stress having a beneficial effect on health, motivation, performance, and emotional well-being”. This is the sort of stress involved in striving for a personal goal, skiing down a mountain slope or going away on a holiday.
There are other sorts of stress (distress) that relate to things like car accidents or sick children and the stress goes away when there are resolutions.
The worst kind of stress is the chronic sort. This is the grinding stress that wears people away day after day, year after year. It destroys bodies, minds and lives. It's the kind of stress that people living in poverty, or dysfunctional families, or are trapped in an unhappy marriage or in a despised job or career.
And experts agree that this kind of stress is a big part of causing us to become sick, both in mind and body. It’s well recognised in the medical profession that stress plays a significant role in manifesting disease; some say up to 99.5%!
But there are difficulties with sitting on top of a mountain for months on end - oblivious to all and meditating upon the universe. We could, of course, be locked in solitary confinement in the dark away from it all, or wrapped in cotton wool and put somewhere safe. But it wouldn't take long for any of those ways of dealing with life to become distressing. Because we are dynamic beings and having to be still and locked away just would not work (appealing as it might be for maybe an hour or so). Yes, distress happens usually when we are unable to handle those life situations well; it starts to accumulate when we hold onto or are unable to work through a problem positively.

And that’s often coloured by our individual Model of the World (MOW], which was developed early in our childhood. Our MOW determines how we react to life events. The good news is that we can change our MOW, thus changing our lives.
In your session you will learn how to change your MOW, to release old stress patterns and change your behaviour to operate with wisdom! We also like to pass on some other techniques we have learned over the past few years. You will experience a variety of different ways of actually reducing stress - one of them is a very powerful stress relief and healing technique called Dynamind.
The positive techniques we use work best when you allow your conscious mind to tune out and your sub-conscious minds to tune in and we sometimes help you learn using light hypnosis
It is best to allow about 60 minutes per session - at the end of which you will feel a powerful shift in your state as the baggage is released. Often the additional effect of releasing stress is your mind releases pain, because the emotional cause is gone and you are now free to start living your true self.
Taking action is easy. Taking no action is also easy. The results however are so vastly different.
